What to buy… Where to Shop.. What to put in your Cart? Do you Feel Lost? You want to eat cleaner and support your health. You are the Gatekeeper of your home.
I frequent Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods, Costco, Farmer’s Markets and Health Food stores. Even when I am on vacation- they are like a magnet….pulling me in to buy clean products and continue learning…adding to my clean eating toolbox. My husband is very supportive and holds me accountable “ok but let’s set a time limit- how is 30 mintutes”. That is totally doable- especially on a vacation. I have been shopping like this for years now so I can quickly shop and come out with a few bags even on vacation so we don’t come home feeling bad!
Today I wen’t to Trader Joe’s. They package most of their items which allows them to pass along those savings to you. I highly recommend shopping there in addition to Whole Foods and Farmer’s Markets to get your larger selection of local and organic produce and proteins.

1). Wild Caught & Grass-Fed
2). Organic Grass-Fed Sourced Yogurt. We add in some tolerated probiotics before serving . Not all tolerate dairy…
3). Smoothie add ins…Trader Joe’s Coconut 🌴 Milk- nothing added and Organic…it’s one of my favorites! Frozen fruit makes smoothies one step closer!
4). What?? White Jasmine Rice? It’s gentle for a grain and tolerated by most if your family is craving a “traditional meal”.
5.) Frozen veggies are a gray option if organic. The nutrients are sealed in waiting for you!
