It can be overwhelming to know which products to use in your home. If I could I would take you to the grocery store myself. I literally squeal on vacation when I see a Whole Foods, Fresh Market or any store that has the world health in it. In my recipes I try to take pictures of the ingredients so they will look familiar when you shop. Look for these key words- Organic, Non GMO, Grass Fed, No Antibiotics, Wild Caught (not farm raised), Local. I avoid products that list "possible" ingredients like Canola and/or Vegetable Oil. If it reads "Natural Flavors"- I wonder what they are. True clean ingredients typically don't leave mysteries in their labels.
