Protein Packed Stuffed Dates!
Ever get stumped when it comes to snack time? Or… even a health appetizer for kids and adults? These are unique, easy and clean and kid chef friendly!
8 medjool dates (sulfite free)
¼ cup almond butter
½ teaspoon raw honey
Shredded coconut (sulfite free), optional
- Slice dates and remove seeds with a paring knife.
- In a small bowl, mix the honey and almond butter.
- Pipe the almond butter honey mixture inside the dates.
- Top with pistachios.
- Refrigerate to set.Optional steps: after removing the seeds, coat the dates in honey and roll in shredded coconut and then precede with above steps.
