Get your Greens on Salad
1 bunch or carton of Sunflower Seed Sprouts- Sprouts contain concentrated amounts of nutrients!!! Be sure to wash thoroughly.
1 thinly sliced cucumber julienned
1 head of Boston Bibb/Butter Lettuce or other Leafy Green
*Get your Greens Dressing:
1/2 cup organic Olive Oil (can also try 1/4 avocado and 1/4 olive oil)
5 fresh basil leaves
5 fresh mint leaves
juice from 1 lemon
Sea Salt (Essential Elements)
Put all ingredients in high powered blender and store on glass jar chilled.
