2 Tablespoons of Raw Organic Honey *If honey is thick you can thin out with a little Lemon or Orange Juice)

1 Teaspoon of Organic Fresh Dried Rosemary (Anti-Inflammatory)

Shredded Cabbage:
Sometimes you can find pre-shredded organic cabbage at the store. If not, look for an organic leafy head of cabbage and slice thin into strips, or use a food processor.
Dressing:
1 teaspoon coconut oil
4 green onions (white parts of onion only) chopped
2-3 drops of lemongrass essential oil (use very sparingly)
1 tablespoon diced garlic
5 tablespoons coconut milk
1/4 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Sea salt & black pepper, to taste
Melt coconut oil and add with all other dressing ingredients in a high powered blender. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
Toss into slaw.
*Consider adjusting the recipe to make a larger amount for use during the week. The dressing is amazing!
Enjoy!
