For the last 6 years my focus has been on changing my diet to feel better. Over the last year I have been realizing the importance of supporting my body in other ways. How can essential oils help support the health and well-being of you and your family?
I am no expert. My wonderful essential toolkit was untouched for an entire month after it arrived. I think I was a tad overwhelmed and intimidated.
