It is that time again “Clean Products of the Week #7” – when I get to brag on some of the clean, non-toxic and supportive products I use or have found out about! Part of the living healthy to feel amazing journey is knowing which products to stock up on and help make it a little easier.
Bone Broth! I usually make my own… but sometimes it is nice to take a scoop, add some hot water and a drop of Rosemary or Thyme to help beat a cold! As a mom it can be hard being a nurse to yourself… it just isn’t my happy place. Here is the brand that is my go-to! And… if you have never listened to Dr. Axe on You Tube- YOU MUST HE IS FABULOUS!!! I have found tummy relief throughout the years with Aloe Vera Gel. When ingesting aloe vera- you want to make sure it is a clean product that is safe for consumption. This brand “Lily of the Desert” is a dietary supplement. You can use a measuring spoon and add some to applesauce or drink out of a spoon. Aloe Vera Gel can also be used for skin irritation, and in natural shampoo and hand sanitizer recipes.
