Paleo Biscuits

These Paleo Biscuits are quick and easy!

I must say these seeded paleo biscuits are amazing.  Served right out of the oven they are divine!

Using supportive ingredients like Coconut Flour, Flaxmeal & Organic Eggs you are getting Fiber, Protein, and Omega 3!

Paleo Biscuits

Ingredients: (Per Biscuit)

 1 Tablespoon Coconut Flour (For 6 = 6 Tablespoons)
 2 Tablespoons Flax Meal (For 6 = 12 Tablespoons)
  1 Farm Fresh Egg (For 6 = 6 Eggs)
  2 Teaspoons Grass-Fed Butter softened (I use Kerrigold Grass-Fed higher in Omega 3 and K2) (For 6 = 12 Teaspoons or 4 Tablespoons)
  1/2 Teaspoon Baking Powder (aluminum free) (For 6 = 3 Teaspoons)
  Sprinkle of Sea Salt

Instructions:

 1. Mix all ingredients into a bowl and incorporate. Using a masher will help incorporate the butter evenly.

2. Drop each spoonful onto a parchment-lined baking sheet and gently shape & flatten.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
