As always I am soooooo EXCITED!!!! Finding clean products can be challenging. Thank goodness there are healthier stores around now and Amazon Prime & Amazon Pantry deliver many to your doorstep!
Sun Bum Sunscreen
This is Paraben Free, Paba Free, Gluten Free & Oil Free which makes me feel better about paying for something that isn’t free. They have a variety of products for face, body, sticks and creams. Amazon makes it easy to “find” it if you can’t find it locally.
Coconut Aminos
These are a Soy Free alternative to traditional sea sauce. Not only is it soy free but also gluten free, organic, Non-GMO, Vegan and does not contain MSG. It is nutrient dense and taste great!
Butter is the only dairy I have incorporated into my diet. I don’t seem to react to it and it is a clean way to make sure my good bugs are fed. I always look for Grass-Fed Butter and use Kerrygold in my cooking, coffee (yes coffee) and baking as called for. I find it at Whole Foods (Unsalted and Salted) and amazingly at Costco at a great price for a 3 pack of Salted Grass-Fed Butter.
Manuka Honey
These are on the go packets! I think these are wonderful!! I can pack them in my bag for when I am craving a cup of coffee out of the house and want to sweeten it on my own! Not all coffee shops have organic honey- and nobody has Manuka Honey. It is also great to keep a few in my first aid kit. I encourage you to look up the benefits of Manuka Honey- it is another gift from Nature!
Puroast House Blend Decaf Coffee
This is my favorite brand of coffee! It is 70% less acidic than regular coffee and has 7 times more antioxidants than green tea. This is a great product to consider for those with reflux, heartburn or ulcers.
