Easy Prep Oats:
A quick prep for an even quicker morning- these easy overnight apple pie oats are a recipe to keep on hand! Hopefully I had you at quick and easy because they are also healthy and supportive too! This recipe is for two servings- and it is favored by both adults and children!
Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Instant Oats
- 1 Teaspoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Teaspoon Ground Flax Seeds
- 1 1/2 Cups Kiefer
- 1-2 Teaspoons Raw Honey
- 1/4 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1 Small Organic Green Apple (Remember Apples are on the Dirty Dozen List- so buy Organic if possible)
Instructions:
- Mix Instant Oats, Chia Seeds and Ground Flax Seeds in a glass bowl.
- Pour in other ingredients- Kiefer, Honey, vanilla extract and diced apple.
- Mix well and cover with lid.
- Refrigerate overnight.
