(Dairy, Nut & Soy Free) These have minimal ingredients and that is GOOD! They melt down nicely and taste wonderful in every recipe I have ever used them in! Enjoy Life has a variety of products including chocolate bars, snack bars and more.

(No Fillers which makes this clean- this will not whip like those with Xanthum Gum or Guar Gum) BPA Free Can, GMO Free and Organic! Yippie! I order these buy the case off of Amazon because I have not been able to find in stores.
Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
(Used for many things but I use for gut healing, joints and hair/skin/nails) This is another way to add some support and protein into morning drinks and smoothies. I noticed the difference in my nails fairly quickly!
Great Lakes Unflavored Beef Collagen
(Great product- I use this fine gelatin powder in desserts and smoothies). It is a great “natural thickener” for healing gummies, homemade coconut yogurt and more.
InstaPot 7 in 1 Pressure Cooker
This pot is amazing! Be sure to check out the lid that you can purchase separately to use in the Slow Cooker Mode. I use it to make my bone broth, soups, yogurt, browning, sautéing and more. It really is a 7 in 1. There are many more recipes that are coming out for pressure cookers and it really helps make Paleo & Clean Eating easier!
