Coconut Chia Gummies

Coconut Chia Gummies have a combination of coconut milk, coconut water, chia seeds and raw honey.  Coconut Milk it high in fat- but a cleaner fat that our body needs.  Coconut Water adds flavor and when using a clean sourced product is a nice alternative in cooking.  Chia Seeds are tiny but packed with Omega 3, Fiber and Protein.  Great Lakes Gelatin is a clean source to bind all of these ingredients into a gummy that also has supportive properties.  What better way to add some flavor to your morning or as a quick grab and go snack!

Ingredients

  • 1 3/4 Cups Coconut Water
  • 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 Teaspoon Raw Organic Honey
  • 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
  • 1 Tablespoon Great Lakes Gelatin

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Use a whisk to incorporate and dissolve gelatin.
  2. Turn on medium heat and stir with whisk until all combined smoothly. DO NOT LET IT COME TO A BOIL.
  3. Use a dropper to fill the silicone molds up all the way and refrigerate.
  4. The gummies should be easy to pop out in 20 minutes and ENJOY!

Notes

Although this are yummy it is still about moderation. This is a simple recipe suitable for all ages- have fun finding different molds and using different juices!
