Coconut Chia Gummies have a combination of coconut milk, coconut water, chia seeds and raw honey. Coconut Milk it high in fat- but a cleaner fat that our body needs. Ingredients
- 1 3/4 Cups Coconut Water
- 1/4 Cup Coconut Milk
- 1 Teaspoon Raw Organic Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Chia Seeds
- 1 Tablespoon Great Lakes Gelatin
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Use a whisk to incorporate and dissolve gelatin.
- Turn on medium heat and stir with whisk until all combined smoothly. DO NOT LET IT COME TO A BOIL.
- Use a dropper to fill the silicone molds up all the way and refrigerate.
- The gummies should be easy to pop out in 20 minutes and ENJOY!
Notes
Although this are yummy it is still about moderation. This is a simple recipe suitable for all ages- have fun finding different molds and using different juices!
