Paleo & Healthy Tropical Smoothie
This Healthy Tropical Smoothie Recipe really adds a ray of sunshine to the morning… who doesn’t want that? Clean, Supportive and Easy too! If your mornings are anything like mine, then you really have a minute to blend and go. You can make blender bags for each day and have them stored- but I just get the fruit out of the freezer and plop it in the Vitamix container and blend away. If you are one that likes to add some protein to your morning smoothie I have an option down below for you that I personally love! Mornings are hard and we all need more smoothie recipes right?
Ingredients:
1 Cup Organic Pure Coconut Water (Check the label no added sugar, no added anything!)
1/2 Cup Organic Frozen Pineapple Chunks
1/2 Frozen Banana
1/2 Teaspoon of Chia Seeds (Let seeds soak in the 1 Cup of Coconut Water for 10 minutes prior)
1/2 Cup Full Fat Organic Coconut Milk
Ice made from Filtered Water

If you avoid dairy and whey protein- then a great alternative is by Ancient Nutrition.
