Easy to Make Gut Healing Gummies!
If you have concerns with your gut health, then you may be familiar with Leaky Gut and the symptoms associated with it. There are a few key ingredients you can easily add to your diet to help calm & sooth an inflamed gut. One of these is grass-fed gelatin! I’ve made these Gut Healing Gummies with Gelatin for my kids, and older adults and they have all given them a big thumbs UP!
More good news! Grass-Fed Gelatin can also help with:
Joint Pain
Sleep
Cognitive Abilities
Skin
Heart Health
Bones
In our home we often make bone broth and incorporate gut supportive foods into every recipe. I will make my own stove top or Instapot broth and use it in soups and recipes in place of water. If I am wanting more support I will add in some gelatin, or a scoop of Dr. Axe’s Ancient Nutrition Pure Bone Broth Powder.
As a Mom of 4 I have learned to get as creative as possible. Mine are not huge fans of drinking a daily cup of bone broth, but they are fans of Gut Healing Gummies! I found these great Gummy Bear trays on Amazon! I don’t think you are ever to old for gummy bears.
I would suggest making a double batch and storing them in a clean & sealed mason jar in the refrigerator for up to a week.
Ingredients:
2 Teaspoons Gelatin Powder (I use Vital Proteins)
50 ml Fruit Juice (I used an Organic Blend Fruit Blend)
1-2 Tablespoons of Organic Honey
3 Ingredients! Isn’t that simple? Simple is good!
Directions:
1. In a small saucepan, combine all the ingredients. Allow the gelatin to fully incorporate for a few minutes.
2. Turn on medium heat and stir until all are well combined. DO NOT LET IT COME TO A BOIL.
3. Use a dropper to fill the silicone molds up all the way.
4. The gummies should be easy to pop out and ENJOY.
