Good Tasting Green Smoothie
This is a easy clean breakfast smoothie- perfect for those times when you are trying to have a fresh start and get cleaned up. You know, those times when you ate something that didn’t make you feel good and you want to support your body even more.
- 1 Cup Chopped Romaine Lettuce
- 1/2 Cup of Spinach or other dark leafy green
- 1 Mint Sprig
- 1/2 Avocado
- 4 Tablespoons Lemon Juice
- Stevia Drops (Sweeten to Taste)
- 1/4 Cup Ice
- 1 Cup Clean Sourced Water
*Add 1 Tablespoon of MCT Oil for more energy and easily digestible fat.
Place all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
